Limited Edition Giclee Canvas Print

I'd been wanting to paint highland cows for a while. As I began creating the idea, naturally, I worked in full color with the highland cows' orange coats... however, I was curious to try the painting in sepia, nearly black and white, with hints of color in their orange fur.

Black and white photography is my favorite because it sets a sophisticated tone and evokes emotions that color photography cannot. These were the feelings I desired to express in this idea. A muted color palette helped achieve that.

This painting is now available in a Limited Edition of 250.

Each print is signed and numbered by James Corwin.

Presented in a very fine giclee printing process to achieve high detail and the original appeal of oil paint.
